Quick delivery but had to chase re returns

Excellent delivery of product. Unfortunately it didn't work. E mailed phoned and then had to chase to get the return document sorted. Staff always very helpful. Took a week and one day from sending to getting the replacement. Replacement was a repair of the original but without the fixings. Disappointed at this. Phoned on the Friday late pm and they sent the clips which arrived Monday morning. Overall very good service but a faster distribution of the returns dockets would be something to look at.

Fantastic service and great goods

Never used this company before. All very easy. Costumes really good and very prompt service. Waiting for an e mail re a costume out of stock but given performance so far this should be fine
