I used Opodo to book flights to Bangkok. I emailed them to make a change to the booking. No response. I called today and held for over 20 minutes .... now 30 minutes..... now 35 minutes...... now 40 minutes ...... now 45 minutes ..... now 50 minutes ..... now 55 minutes without a response. Finally at 56 minutes a response ! An absolutely dreadful service that I will not repeat. Its absolutely essential that a customer can contact his booking agent to make vital changes. The worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Took far too long to deliver. 10 days (7 working days) is simply too long when I can pop down to a local pet shop and get it in 15 minutes. The retailer seemed to think this was entirely acceptable when contacted. I'd happily have paid for faster delivery if I'd read the small print (which I shouldn't need to) and seem that it was going to take this long.
