Very disappointed

Ordered a bluetooth adapter on the 3rd January. Item supposedly in stock but did not arrive. I called to inquire but told that you were awaiting supplies. The item finally arrived but was the wrong one. Apparently the image on the web site is incorrect to the description. I was asked to return it which I did immediately at a cost of Approx' £6.35. I finally received the correct adapter 20 days after ordering but I am still the price of postage out of pocket. I trust that this service is not the norm' for you but hope you understand why I gave only two star rating.

Hi Mr Burgess Many apologies for the inconvenience caused with this order as I explained we had used the photos and descriptions the supplier had supplied for the items. The photos were all the same which resulted in the confusion over the correct product you needed to order and the description they had given us should not have said BOSE as this item was for a panel powered headset not a BOSE GA, adding to the confusion. For now we have removed all but the GA adaptor until we have new imagery and descriptions on these items.

As for the refunds we refunded the £40 deiffernce between the two orders and put your £6.35 into your e wallet for you to use against further orders. We have also added a further £10 to your e wallet as compensation for the delays.

As you can see from the other reviews here this is not the normal standard of our customer service but we do try and resolve things. I hope you are happy with this resolution and again apologies for the inconveience. Kind Regards Sarah
