The worst customer service I have ever encountered!

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.
Their website clearly stated that free florist delivery was offered on all funeral flowers.
However, I was charged for the delivery.
Repeated requests for a refund resulted in meaningless statements of how much they valued their customers, but no refund.
Finally, I received two emails asking if I would like to discuss further.
Despite twice requesting a manager to telephone me so that we could discuss the matter, no one has called me.
If this is their idea of satisfying customers, they do not deserve to be in business.
