I had bought a gift for my girlfriend, a Marc Jacobs bag. It was a big mistake for me to try and pick out a bag that she would really like and when I gave it to her I realised that this would not have been her first choice. I was able to return the bag 2 weeks later with no fuss. My account was credited and she was able to select a gift of her choice. She selected the wrong sizes and as such I had to return everything for a second time. Third time lucky and everything arrived to her taste and fitting perfectly.
