best online experience ever!!!
I have been shopping with Asos before Asos was as well known as it is now, and although I am usually sceptical of shopping online, this is not the case with Asos. I find their range of products to be amazing, both style and quality and the pricing is always just right with a variety of cheaper and more expensive varieties available. Being a student I love that they have student discount and free delivery makes it all the more worthwhile. You can track both delivery and returns, which I find amazing, and their returns process is second to none. On the rare occasion that I have had to contact them, they have been prompt and efficient at replying and sorting the matter. Best online store ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great variety, but quality not all that, returns period to short and customer service by far the worst
Totally loved the variety of products and the pricing of the products however having placed my first ever order one of the items received looked nothing like what I thought I was ordering. Wrote to customer service via email and got a generic receipt of email message with not further correspondence from the company. Returns are rubbish, 14days to return a product!!! And you can’t even exchange or track. [External link removed]is the way forward, don’t think I’ll be buying from boohoo again!!!!!!
Had a response from boohoo stating that they replied to my twitter message, but can I just point out that I had to sign up to twitter for the sole purpose of getting in touch with boohoo in the first place as my email message was ignored!!! Wasting my time on all levels!
