Fonebank gave me a quote online and sent out the freepost pack (which would be better if it was a jiffy envelope not just a bag)! I was expecting them to contact me with a reduced price if I'm honest but I had no such worries. I received an email saying that a cheque was in the post for the full quoted amount. Time from quote to receiving cheque was under a week.

My experience with Fonebank was a pleasant one, I would have no hesitation dealing with them again.
