An item had been booked twice by mistake and I only realised when the collection agent said I was down for 2 parcels. I forgot all about it until 9pm. I went on the website and the site directed me to the 'Live Chat' which is open until 11pm weekdays!! I went through straightaway to 'Rose' who sorted out the duplication straightaway- no messing about and offered a refund back onto my card or onto the Prepay account with a few extra quid! Absolutely brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone. Well done. Rose - you're a superstar! 5 stars for Rose but 4 stars for the company cos the website cocked up!
