Maybe it is us but we ended up going via the drop off point by mistake - this cost £1 to get out. Then scared to make any more mistakes we parked the car outside when we would have preferred to be in the multi-storey but just wasn't sure how to enter. On returning from our short trip, we were unable to exit the car park as it said we had a balance of £149 - this was sorted when we returned to the office but nobody explained why this happened, so might be a bit worried it would happen again. But still love being able to walk to the car and not mess around waiting on a coach.
Was apprehensive to join up to anything which required my personal information but I love a bargain. Now never purchase online without checking if it can be done via quidco and now had over £400 paid into my account since 2011. I trust it and rate it!
