After reading the positive reviews on beautybay I decided to purchase some items from them. My order confirmation was 5/01/13, and received an email to inform me that it has been despatched on 7/01/13, and now 26/01/13, I am still waiting. Contacted my local post office and they were more willing to assist me albeit the parcel were not registered. The parcel was not being held up at the local post, it has not even arrived! As for beautybay, emailed them twice and always get an automated reply of your items have been shipped?!
Am really disappointed with them and would not want to deal with them again after this.
