Item received in timely manner and content was as described. I think hour company should make it clear for US buyers that your processing is done overseas and merchant will charge fees for processing.
Item received in timely manner and content was as described. I think your company should make it clear for US buyers that your processing is done overseas even though you have a US based office and merchant will charge fees for processing. I don't intend to buy from this site again or will I be referring this company to anyone.

We are disappointed to learn that you have been charged by your bank for this purcashe transaction. We can assure you that they are not merchant fees that you have been invoiced.
Hudson Reed do not charge any additional fees on top of those indicated on the website. The majority of our goods are sent from our warehouse facility in the US and the few items that are shipped from the UK should not incur any charges either.
It seems that some US banks do choose to charge their customers a foreign transaction fee, and this is certainly not the case with all banks, We will be happy to refund you if you can please let us have the bill.
