My partner ordered for first time a PS3 and games for a gift for his nephew, only after he had ordered it said on the email confirmation that it had to be sent to his billing address for security. It should have said this upfront. So rang and cancelled it, but took a while to cancel as they had to find the parcel first. I ordered it for him as I'd ordered a few times before and it was fine. But then despite the email saying it was going to the gift address it came to me ! Si I had to ring and complain and then collected and sent to right address. I was told it was because I changed my card details so it reset the account. How am I supposed to know, I'm just the customer and again it should be made clear upfront. I appreciate the security but I think ultimately its more in shop to interest then the customer as they don't tell you up front.
