We use Sage Pay as inframe processors on our website and it works brilliantly, looks fantastic and is easy to use for the customers. The monthly fees are very reasonable, especially considering the support is round the clock. The support staff are well spoken, knowledgeable, happy and cheerful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They always make me feel reassured, things always turns out to be easier than I expected and this level of care is well above average. You really get the feeling that these people genuinely love what they do and I rely on them with confidence.
Choosing an ecommerce solution is so hard, there are so many choices and it feels like a lottery. We tried another company before Bluepark, and they didn't measure up at all, there were lots of nasty surprises and the support was poor. After putting a huge amount of time and resource into the project it was very disheartening to be starting again, but Bluepark were recommended to us so we decided to switch. Best decision we ever made! The product is excellent, functionality and feel are more than enough for our company's present and anticipated future needs. The support is AMAZING. Really lovely, normal people who are competent and intelligent experts at this. If you're considering Bluepark, don't waste time deliberating like I did, just do it! You won't regret it.
