I was telephoned about my web order. Apparently on inspection the product did not meet the company selling standards.it was withdrawn and an alternative proposed which was acceptable to me. And it was cheaper. It arrived as promised. A company which ensures that products we order are of top quality before despatch will always have my custom.
I ordered on line and received an immediate out of stock response. I was invited to wait 4 days OR have a refund. Not many offer a refund. I decided to wait. Delivery notification was followed by non delivery. I contacted them by email. An immediate response. Wrong button had been pressed. Still out of stock. Would I like a refund. I decided to wait and then delivery was promised and it arrived as stated. In summary, there will always be instances of out of stock but Strings Direct kept in touch with my order showing to me that to them I mattered as a client. And that's important.
