Great Service apart from delivery driver...

Professional service and great product from simply paving. But unfortunately when you outsource your deliveries people let you down. I found the driver 'cocky' 'rude' and when someone swears for no apparent reason that ruins is for me.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the attitude and behaviour of the driver. We take matters such as this very seriously.

I have liaised with the transport company and the manager of the depot agrees that this is completely unacceptable. I have been assured that the necessary disciplinary action will be taken against the driver.
