I ordered a single memory foam mattress as I was desperate for a good nights sleep, however after waiting a few days for delivery, my order was delivered only it was not mine, it had someone else's name on the product inside and was not what I ordered.
I rang customer service and the first 2 people did not understand and they thought that the delivery company could just come back and do a swap however I tried to explain that my mattress had obviously gone astray and was not in the back of their van. The next day I spoke to a very helpful lady in customer services and she dispatched me a new mattress with next day delivery.
I received my mattress the next day and was very happy with it, I think it was some human error with either mattress man or the delivery company but accidents happen.

I apologise for the mix up with your order. I think the error has occurred in transit with labels being transferred from one package to another. I really am sorry for any inconvenience that was caused.
