However I received a text via mobile phone at 9.15am ish to say the flowers where on their way to the recipient,I sent a text to the recipient to say they where on their way but they actually arrived at 15.30 . This s probably normal but as I had not used Seranata before I rightly or wrongly expected them to have arrived at the latest by 10 am. However they did arrive and the recipient was pleased with them,though who would say otherwise. I was sent a text to say thankyou and an accompanying photo of the bouquet which quite frankly bore little resemblance to the one on seranatas web site apart from it being pink. This said I would probably use them again though they will not be my first choice. Having been let down by another online flower provider in the last few days I am only glad that at least a bouquet of flowers actually arrived this time.
I recently ordered flea prevention treatment for my three dogs at a very good price. The delivery took a little longer than anticipated and when they arrived they where short dated . I rang the company and spoke to a charming young lady who apologised and sent me out a further supply with the expected longer shelf life. I had ordered a years supply due to the fantastic savings so one box was fine but the second one would have expired before I got round to using them. They did not ask for the first lot to be returned and I must say the replacement box arrived the next day. They where very helpful and their customer care was just that caring. Many thanks I will reccomend you to all my friends and family and
would not hesitate in endorsing your company to any one out there who is thinking of using you. Well done a pleasant change to find a responsible company selling reasonably priced animal treatments.
Please do not be fooled by the slick sales patter and the suave show
rooms that you encounter at CSL. We purchased two Akira electric sofas
in California pearl and took delivery just before christmas 2010. Here
I am just 2 short years latter with 2 settees that would be better
suited to decorating a skip. There are only 2 people in our house so
the usage is quite light Imagine my consternation when I discovered
that the seats had turned a dirty pink and that where I sit over the
last couple of days has now an imprint of a reddish hue which appears
to be in the shape of the cushion I use to rest my head on. I have only
used the cleaners purchased from CSL and my two settees look fit to be
dumped. They are uncomfortable,look aged and lumpy,and I rue the day
that I ever walked into the showroom at the Giltbrook retail park.I
have today wasted time talking to their technical department who
advised getting it cleaned professionally or having it recovered by CSL
after which I would need to sign a disclaimer. Hm let me think a
moment,as I have paid out just under £2000 already for sofas that have
not proved of merchantable quality and as NONE of the guarantees that
CSL provide covers,as he put it,colour leakage, my answer is no I dont
think I will take that offer up.So BEWARE do not sit on a sofa whilst
wearing damp denim jeans or any item of clothing that has not got a
label guaranteeing it as run proof as your leather furniture is not
protected against discolouration caused through such leakage. My
warning to any potential purchasers out there is DO NOT BUY FROM CSL.
Over the past nearly 40 years of buying leather suites this is the
first time I have felt cheated by a firm that has taken my hard earned
money for a suite which I had expected to look and feel good for many
years to come and would see me well into my retirement . The sad
reality is that I could not even give it away in its present state and
will have to replace it .
My advice to anyone out there is DONT DO IT or really find out what you
are purchasing and speak to anyone out there that actually has seating
from this company that they are actually proud to own after a couple of
PLEASE see other forums and review sites featuring other disgruntled
customers,many with similar problems. Even Mary Portas couldnt put this
company right in my opinion,just papered over a few cracks
I have used Animed on a couple of occasions so far for prescription medicines. On each occasion they have been both quick and efficient but also wrapped it all up with a brand of service sadly lacking in many firms out there ,helpfulness. They are quick to respond to any questions,reasonably priced,dare I say cheaper than most,and their site is easy to navigate. After placing the order it is delivered with speed,well wrapped and free. Who would go elsewhere. Keep up the good service and I will keep using and recommending you. Actually have given your name to my vet receptionist who asked where I had my pxs made up ,as she had been asked by clients where best to surce theirs. So I was only to pleased to recommend your site.
