I've always used Strings Direct, and always been happy, but this recent order, I only got 6 plectrums, when I ordered 10. Dunno if they were out of stock and intend to send the rest later, but there was no note to that effect...
I haven't complained, because it seems a lot of hassle for 4 plectrums, but since you asked my opinion, there it is...
Based on that, I'd probably think twice about ordering anything more costly from them, than a few packets of strings, or a few plectrums

I can only imagine this is a packing error. Please contact me at info@stringsdirect.co.uk and I'll send the missing plectrums out today. No matter how small nothing is too much hassle. You should get what you paid for.
