I ordered a phone at the start of January when apparently they had 3 in stock, however after waiting 10 working days (at which time my item should have been with me in the UK) I contacted them and they told me they could not give a guaranteed delivery time as they were awaiting stock fulfillment. After reading so many bad reviews I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, which after a few emails they agreed to.
They were very polite and answered all of my emails within 2 hours. The refund was back in my account after 4 working days.
It seems that the slow delivery is a problem when posting to the UK as many of the good reviews are from people in Australia.
They are a legit company who are very easy to deal with but if you're in the UK only order if you don't mind waiting a few months to get your item(s).
