I ordered a large set of shelves to organise the detritus scattered about my office. I ordered very late on the Friday. It was promised Monday morning delivery, it came in the late afternoon. However, this is hardly Bigdug's fault.
However - a BT technician flaked out of fixing my phone line the same day (and he only had to come from down the road) because of the snow. Given the rubbish weather, bonus marks to the couriers for not just delaying it until the Tuesday.
