Goods were as required but Courier delivery was bad. This is the second bad experience that we have had with DPD in recent months where they fail to deliver first time and have been found to be distancing themselves from the truth. The even posted an unable to deliver note timed at 15.04 which we found at 14.45. I reckon that they do not try to deliver first time as they do not leave a note and they post on their system an unable to get and answer with the landmark brown door also the timing is a few minutes inside the timed slot. The question that I have is do they get paid for two delivery journeys and are they deliberately falsifying the first delivery or are they just grossly inefficient. We do not have this problem with other couriers.
