My initial order disappeared! but after a query it was tracked down a replacement offered and service was excellent. If the inital parcel hadn't been despatched in a city link bag via royal mail in error (without postage) I'd have received the item next day as planned. All staff I contacted were very helpful, and but for the postage mistake initially, service was excellent.
