I bought a battery from top-battery.co.uk and it was faulty. I only discovered it was a Chinese company when they took payment as the website and confirmation email do not give an address. The seller asked me to return the battery to China at my expense in order to get a replacement or refund. They eventually offered to send a replacement for a postage cost of £5. I refused this as I lost confidence in their ability to send a working battery and I asked for a refund which they would not give without returning the battery to China. After 18 emails they eventually agreed to refund the cost of the battery less the shipping cost.
Booked a collection which never happened and no one contacted me to say why or make alternative arrangements. After several calls and emails I finally got a refund.
Booked a collection for Monday for next day delivery. Collection never happened on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. Tried to contact but no telephone number. emailed several times but never got a reply.
