bought 2 bar stools , of which one was faulty ..no fault of theirs
this is the procedure :-
turn the stool up side down
unscrew the seat
turn it back round
bash it with a rubber hammer to remove part 1:-
turn it around again and bash the other bit out :-
then when its all dismantled after sending a page of instructions then a video of how to do this , they will send a replacement part
do you think this suitable for faulty goods????
how would a elderly/less abled bodied person perform this??
