Not always efficient and products take a long time to arrive, often late

The website is very good and the products presented well. However, when one makes a purchase the delivery times are often much later than promised. Sometimes it takes months to get something and you almost forget what you ordered. Not great in the instant gratification world. Also it is very very very frustrating with their online customer service system where there is no phone number to call if there is any problem with an order. I understand this is a cheaper more efficient method for Achica but it is not always user friendly for the customer.
