This company was great to deal with. They had a good easy to view website. I made a mistake entering my details and got very frustrated. One phonecall and it was all sorted out on the phone and they didn't make me feel the complete dunce I probably was when I input an incorrect number on my postcode hence the reason for me not being able to get the order through.
I asked specifically for a Friday delivery and specified the Friday. Today TNT delivered my masssage chair at 8.30. Good job I had had a bad nights sleep and decided not to laze around in bed as it was my day off. It had a small hole in the box so as advised in the email I put damaged when I signed for it as I wasn't sure. It wasn't actually anything to worry about.
By 9.30 I had built the chair - good job I am practically minded. To be honest I was relived when I opened the box and saw that the chair base had already been fitted to the chair seat. That looked the hardest part and it was already done. Thank god. Also you don't need any tools. I have a full tool box but two allen keys and a spanner are provided.
I have already had a half hour massage. I feel much better for it already. I have had back pain for the whole of my life (born with it) and this should help a lot.
I bought this on reccommendation by a friend but he got his from another company - more expensive and I bet he didn't get such a good service both from the company and TNT.
