Mark was very helpful, he was able to provide artwork for approval quickly. Product seems to be of good quality but what on earth do I do with the samples you sent? In this day and age of recycling it seems a waste to just throw them out, perhaps you could arrange for a prepaid return envelope when you send sample to very small companies like ourselves.
