Non-existant customer service and Hermes are a bad delivery company

Placed an order before New Year in the hope it would arrive before I went on holiday in a weeks time, no surprise it didn't come, their service has gotten slower over time. When I returned I thought it may have been left with a neighbour or have a card saying it had been returned, but to my dismay the note said it had been put in the BIN, you can guess the next thing I'm going say, "yes the bin had been emptied and the parcel too had been taken, or maybe it was never put there". I have emailed Myprotein twice and have still not had an answer, I'm a little worried now. I have been lucky with them up until this, apart from them getting slow with deliveries, but with all these bad reviews I do not think I will be using them again. Anyone know any other good protein supplements websites?
