I ordered an Xbox Live Subscription on 19/11/2012 and was finally told on 23/11/2012 that "We are still awaiting stock for this, please accept my sincerest apologies. If you would like a refund please reply to this email. We expect stock in the next day or two."
I told them if it was only going to be a day or 2 then not to worry, otherwise I would like a refund. Subsequently to that I sent numerous emails to them asking for a refund to which I received no reply.
2 months later (06/01/2013) I received the code. Still trying to get a refund and no reply, there is no was of contacting them and I have tried email, facebook and have just been in touch with their accountants.
I would mention a good alternative company but this would probably violate the terms and conditions of this site and I want people to read these comments.
