I used the free delivery option only I didn't see the small print which says they will sit on your order for up to 5 days before dispatching it. When I rang up after 4 days as it hadn't been despatched this was pointed out to me so I prepared myself to wait for another 5 days. 5 days later nothing had arrived and I was no longer able to get into my account! I rang customer services who said my order still had not been dispatched!!!
I'd guess that perhaps someone didn't like me complaining or perhaps I'm being paranoid. Needless to say, I want a reliable company - in the time it took this company to screw up a £3.50 order I had TWO deliveries of cat food from another supplier.
