Very disappointed with purchase

I purchased a Paolette Opulance duvet cover and pillowcases from Achica in November 2012. When opened the duvet cover smelt of bad fish. I had to wash it to get rid of the smell, but after the wash the colours had gone streaky and the fabric was hard and impossible to iron. I will not use Achica again as they have never replied to my complaint, which I sent twice by email and once on their Facebook site.
