poor customer service

UPDATE 01.02.13: just received waste of time response from Menkind who claim there were no voicemail messages left on the Friday I telephoned. They neglected to mention the message I also left with an ACTUAL person nor the fact I left a message on their "contact us" form as well. Or maybe they were all "faulty" too??! When will people stop using "supposedly" faulty voicemail/email systems as excuses for poor customer services? I don't buy it....

*****************************************************placed order on Thursday evening, telephoned before 9am on Friday and spoke to order person who advised customer services would phone me after 9am that day. I phoned and left messages several more times on Friday as well as completing form on contact us page (when it was eventually working) but didn't get a response until Wednesday by which time it was too late. Will not order from Menkind again.
