We bought a high-end appliance recommended by RA for it's reliability. Unfortunately there was a problem with the appliance encountered within the first week or purchase.
We were expecting RA to deal with this by offering a cash refund or replacement, but instead there was not apology, just hastily offered the manufacturers number. I would expect under the circumstances a better deal than technical service visits so early in ownership of the appliance. We need to purchase many other appliances for our new kitchen over the next few weeks, but would not use RA again, for this reason.
