I ordered a product on a Thursday evening, via interest free.
The company doing the interest free contacted me right away with a few questions. As soon as that cleared my order was placed. The items were received on the Monday afterwards in perfect condition.
Cannot fault the items or the speed of delivery at all.
My only niggles are - I placed my order with delivery to a different address. I understand that in some cases companies advise that if you are ordering via an interest free agreement that you have to have delivery to the billing address - Dawson's didn't say this (the reason why I actually ordered with them) but once the interest free agreement was cleared, my original order to the other delivery address was cancelled, and a new one was placed with delivery to my billing address.
I contacted their Customer Services/Orderline e-mail address asking if it could be changed, and I did not get a response at all. (Still haven't)
The courier were good, and when they arrived left the items in a safe place in my garden, which I have no problems with - but can imagine my opinion would have been soured if it had rained that day instead of snowed, or if the items were pinched.
All in all - I really appreciate the speed of the service and quality of items, and would definitely continue using Dawson's in the future, but even though the few negative points above didn't have any effect on me, I can imagine it could cause a lot more trouble for someone else, so wanted to make you all aware of this.
