Delivery not quite...well delivered on time.

Albeit the staff are very helpful and they do ring you back when you make an enquiry, I was rather dissapointed with the time it took to deliver my ordered items. Now I will say that DJKit where upfront and explained that my order was coming direct from supplier, however I was left in doubt about the lead time quoted vs the actual time it took to complete the order. In my opinion is that they never got ordered, after my numerous phone calls. However in the end (well 2 weeks later), we did get there and I have my speakers now. Just felt like I had to do most of the work. A little bit if honesty goes along way, and unfortuantly I would think twice before ordering again, though not totally ruling it out.

Hi rich, on this order there was a delay in the direct shipping from the manufacturer (which were are disappointed about too) really sorry that it took so long.hope they are doing the job well now!.please accept our apologies. please mention this when u next call to order and we will ensure our usual high level of service
