VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Ordered a birthday bouquet of flowers (florist choice) for my sons partner in New Zealand. I decided to go with the florist choice as I wasnt sure what flowers would be available there, so it made sense to me to trust the florist and let them choose.
What arrived fell very short of what I expected... My sons partner kindly posted a photo of the bouquet on facebook to thank me, and I was really upset at what had been delivered. The gerberas had chunks of petals missing, the anthurium leaves were brown and curled and the bouquet was small..I paid extra for a large bouquet. Total cost £40.95. They looked like something you would pick up on a garage forecourt!! Will NOT be using this site again...Lesson learned!!
