Good product, good quality, good price

Their courier managed to 'lose' my original order (which, given the size of the box is an achievement in itself) but Customer Services did an outstanding job of diagnosing the cause of delay and remedying the situation in the shortest possible timescale once I'd alerted them to the problem. Recommend.
