Sent two parcels through the post..... both with insurance. Item well packed extra thick bubble wrap and cover. Driver accepted parcels without any issue. payment taken for items no issue however they damaged the item in transit,
when contacting them with claim..... supplied photos and details (we are only talking £50 ..... not excessive!) they came back and said the item needed to be in (NOT ONE!) but two boxes and and internal packaging..... and would not pay out.
on investigating the clause is tucked away nicely and gives the company a good get out. I will not use the company again and leave it up to yourselves to decide whether you wish to deal with them.
