I work within customer services myself as a Customer services team leader for Superdry.
I recently placed an order with yourselves and on tracking this there were some issues with the delivery of my package.
I emailed in and staff member Stephanie Dunn picked up my emails.
She was extremely polite and happy to help.
She put me at ease with my order and with her help this was tracked down.
I was even offered a goodwill gesture in which they refunded my postage costs due to the delivery issues.
Amazing customer service and I am very happy with my order and will come back again.
