initial communication a bit lacking but great service when contacted

Ordered product as very good value. No email informing when despatched so City Link tried to deliver when not in. Arranged with City Link to pick the next day but they sent it out for delivery again - please don't use City Link in my opinion they are the worst courier.
Product arrived and great but missing remote control - rang PRC and they were very helpful and sorted it with the manufacturer in a matter of days. Thanks Harry.
One downside though is that I have yet to recieve an invoice over 3 weeks after ordering and 2 weeks after delivery.

Have rated acceptable with some friction as I didn't get any notice of delivery and couldn't change delivery address, got messed about by City LInk (I know not PRC's fault but they do choose to use them so not 100% blameless) and am still waiting for an invoice I would use again as good price and phone service.
