Great Customer Service

Ordered a bass guitar amp & accessory set by mistake as an Xmas present. Gear4music very understanding and arranged swap for electric guitar amp set at no extra cost. Unfortunately an acoustic guitar amp set was supplied. Again, Gear4music did not hesitate to swap it for the electric guitar amp set at no extra cost. And it arrived only 2 days after the incorrect item was picked up.

Very understanding and very helpful.
