Very nearly perfect.

The only thing stopping the purchasing experience from being 100% was when I came to check out.
I mentioned @RapidNFC on Twitter, they responded quickly and were very helpful. While the site is not completely intuitive, RapidNFC were certainly there to help out when needed.

The only surprise came when I found the prices shown on the web site excluded VAT, adding a further 20% on top.

RapidNFC were in touch shortly after the purchase to advise the package had been despatched and if it was not received in two working days I should contact them so they can chase it up. While it wasn't received within the two days I put it down to the heavy snow at the time, something beyond their control.

The only things I would change on the web site would be to add information about the tag underneath the tag type (currently available by clicking the '?') and show prices with and without VAT.

RapidNFC have been helpful and kept me advised throughout the process. I would certainly recommend them.

Thanks for your feedback. Always appreciate customers taking the time to help us build a better service.

We certainly take on board the comments about having more NFC tag information directly on each product page and it's something we are working on now. Trying to get more data on the page without confusing the presentation is the challenge. We think we have a couple of answers.

On the VAT note we'd mention that you can toggle the prices to include/exclude VAT by just clicking the 'exclude/include' link at the top of the page next to the basket. It immediately updates all site prices to include or exclude VAT. We'll look to see if we can make the toggle link more obvious.
