The salesman I spoke to on the phone when ordering was exellent and answered all the questions. I discussed the price of the Meile freezer available elsewhere and he instantly beat the price which was then the cheapest available anywhere as I had done my research both online and in the stores. Delivery was included in the price, so it was like buying it from a local store.
I have had the freezer now for few months and have not come across any problems. I have got other Meile appliances in the house, for many years (over ten years infact) without experiencing any problems.
Many thanks for the exellent service and customer care, which makes it worthwhile shopping online, which gives one more scope across the country to negotiate than just going to the local stores.
