Easy shopping- difficult if you have a problem or query

I have been pleased with my Achica purchases however the description of goods could be much better and lack of information has prevented me from making purchases on occasions. Less jargon and more fact would be helpful. Some companies are providing great deals through Achica.. Deliveries are generally timely although sometimes expensive but with one notable exception the delivery men have been rude and careless. On one occasion when an item I had ordered was not dispatched it took weeks and several mails to get the money I paid refunded and despite introducing a friend I have never received the '£10 reward' promised.
