I have only given 3* because, whilst I can't fault the delivery time (ordered one day, delivered the next), the condition of the packaging was appalling. The box was partly split open and had been roughly taped up again. Also, the bags felt very damp, although they may have just been cold, and I was worried they might go mouldy. I rang Customer Services to advise of the issue with the packaging and said I would spread the bags out in a warm room. I was told that, if after doing this, I wasn't happy, the bags would be replaced. The bags are OK, but as they are intended for packaging food, I think they need to be plastic wrapped before being put in the boxes. I do not believe the box left Polybags in the condition in which it arrived and it appears to be an issue with the carriers. What on earth they had done to the box when it had only been in transit for less than a day I just don't know!
