I was foolish to not properly check reviews before i tried purchasing from this company, this was a Sunday evening, as soon as i found out about them taking immediate payment without even having the products in stock, i checked my account on the Monday afternoon/evening - everything was ok, no payment was taken, so i sent an e-mail immediately canceling my orders, within a few minutes of sending the e-mail, they had taken the payment out of my account!!!! there is no way that was coincidence, now when e-mailing asking for a refund, i got the usual copy/paste response of 'two days' the next response was '8-10 days' cant wait for the next one.
I will remind wae+ that unless they have the goods in stock as advertised, there is no existing contract, between us, this means that the response you give for a refund of 'within 30 days' is in fact illegal.... after further research i have come across some interesting links where it is 'alleged' that positive reviews here and on other sites are fake. I of course am in no position to comment on that matter.
Wae+ i would like you to contact me asap with a resolution to the issue of my refund
