poor quality

Flowers delivered Friday afternoon. Some dead by Monday. Over fifty percent dead by Tuesday.. water had to be changed Sunday as it smelt awful

We are very confident in our flowers and guarantee their freshness for seven days. We appreciate that when dealing with perishable items, some stems may unfortunately perish sooner than we had hoped and we are happy to make amends where this is the case.
