Achica has not responded to any of the three e;mails I have sent, regarding a £500. Mattress I bought from them funds were taken from my account, although the mattress was never sent. This was approx 8 months ago. I will now have to "up the muscle" & use my time to seek legal action. I have bought quite a few other products with complete satisfaction.
