Goods as described, rapidly sent, but emails from carriers (DPD) unreadable

The price was good and ordering online was easy. Then came emails as if from Pet-Supermarket, but actually from DPD, which were apparently in MIME format and unreadable. I use email a lot and never have problems with any format. The subject was readable however, so I gathered the goods were on their way. The proposed delivery date/time were not OK, and I had to spend a lot of time changing the date/time. Further unreadable emails, but the subject gave the new date/time, and the goods arrived OK.
