I received txt notification of a parcel due for delivery to me today but knowing I would not be in to sign for it I used your online facility early this morning to have it delivered to my neighbour instead. I duly received confirmation via your website that the parcel would be delivered to my neighbour so all was well.
Got in tonight at approx 5:15pm and called round to neighbour to collect the parcel to be told that it hadn't arrived, came back to find one of your "sorry we missed you" cards in my letterbox!
So, what's the point of going to your website to change delivery to my neighbour [because I won't be in] and receiving confirmation of same when the driver attempts to deliver to my address, receives no answer but fails to deliver to my neighbour as arranged?
I've now elected to have the parcel left "in a safe place" as my neighbour is now just as brassed off as I am.
